HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: The Place Matters Baltimore Collaborative will use this series to educate the public & launch the Collaborative's goals, to bring in a broad cross section of partner groups in order to educate: leadership, key decision makers, policy makers, & to effect change. Our greatest social determinant of health is institutional racism, manifest in housing & education disparities, which have downstream health outcomes. Organization & mobilization, education, & advocacy are the three areas of action.
