HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: These councils work together. UCC Racial and Ethnic ministries includes each specific racial and ethnic group that is a member of the UCC (African-Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, and Asian and Pacific Islanders) to help them understand racial disparities and ways that they can get involved. This was one of the original screening sites for UNNATURAL CAUSES. We are having discussions at all convocations on health equity.
