Guilford County Coalition on Infant Mortality: Community Action for Healthy Babies

HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: Creation of a community coalition that represents all areas of our community affected or involved with infant mortality. Our community has a high infant mortality rate with a significant disparity among African American Families. We are trying to develop specific strategies to reduce infant mortality, but specifically address the health disparity in African Americans.

ACTIVITIES WITH UNNATURAL CAUSES CAMPAIGN:
